Our Story
NDI Wholesale was founded as Nashville Desk in 1980 by Rogers Morrison Jr.
in Nashville, Tennessee. During those first years Nashville Desk became
known as one of the premier wholesalers in the office furniture industry.
As our business continued to grow, it became obvious that we could replicate
the same model in another area to expand our customer base.
In 1992 a second distribution center was opened
in Birmingham, Alabama. Then in 1999 as continued to expand,
service was introduced to the Mississippi and Louisiana markets.
With the steady growth of the company, and an expanded depth of product,
the name was changed to NDI Wholesale to better identify us in the markets
we serve across the Southeast. NDI Wholesale's philosophy of slow contained growth,
commitment to service and customer satisfaction have enabled us to expand
our area of service to the Florida and South Georgia markets
from our newest distribution facility located in Wildwood, Florida in 2003.
In April of 2007 NDI Wholesale became a part of OfficeSource, Inc. out of Denver, CO. With more than 530 active customers, located throughout a seven-state region, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, NDI Wholesale is the largest office furniture wholesaler in the Southeast.
As a part of the OfficeSource family of companies including Kansas City-based Mid-Continent Office Distributors; Sacramento-based Equipment Distributors; Pennsylvania-based COE Distributing, and Seattle based H&W Distributors, we look forward to continued growth and success. OfficeSource's vision is to imrove the performance and service of the wholesale furniture mid-market segment through a nationwide distribution system.
